What is open without a key

Two interactions need no credential. check-we-buy-here answers, from the counties and situations this business already publishes, whether a property is something it buys. request-a-conversation queues a request for a person to read.

Send agent_id, interaction_id, idempotency_key and input as JSON, and omit agent_key. The agent_id is recorded as unverified — it exists so a request can be traced and a retry recognised as the same request, never as proof of who is asking.

What this path will never do

Nothing here can state or estimate an offer, confirm or imply a closing date, or say that a property qualifies. Every one of those needs a person who has walked the house, which is this business's own published rule. It will not quote a price without that visit, promise a date before an agreement exists, let an offer expire to create urgency, or take a first-visit signature.
